It's an ever changing environment. There's always a lot to do and learn. There are no fixed positions and your work is depending on your capability.

Dislikes

The owner is extremely moody and rude. In several cases he completely invalidates months of hard work. There is never any praise and the more you work, more work is dumped on you. There are no team bonding activities. Office is maintained very quiet.
