Overall Good culture. Some teams performing well but most of the divisions struggle to achieve the targets. Marketing budget is very less and can plan limited activities only.

Hiring in marketing team as a Bench and sending them in any divison is not good. Changing divisons of people without consent. Growth is limited

I have establish IT documentation dept and served 3.5yrs. f you get a chance to work with IT department at mumbai location, than jus grab the opportunity. Suportive managment /Leadership. Flexiablity and liberty to perform the task. Dept gives Family and health as equally importance. Dept encourage continuing education/certification if individual wants to pursue. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

No hybrid or WFH oppotunity but this can be kept aside as IT dept culture will make u feel like a family for 9hrs.
