No value of hard worker. More value of people who are on front without hardwork. Bad treatment to hard worker just for ego satisfaction. Everyone save own chair & growth. Everyone is ready for credit only. People who are not doing work are considered as smart workers. More issue is with boss , not with company. But ultimately company is responsible for it. Boss treats us like they purchased us.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
