Before pandemic was good work environment & culture. Out sider seniors those joined during 2019 onwards, they are trying to change & implement as per own. So it's very difficult for middle management to implent in downwards. Inormous mental pressure is growing day by day.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and no one bother to solve field related issues. Career growth depend on seniors choice only!
