Contractual Position at NIIT Foundation

I'm planning to join NIIT foundation as a state coordinator but they have offered me contractual role just till March 2025 but assured that contract might get renewed, taking this opportunity was crucial for my career growth so I agreed to it, last organization doesn't offered any growth in 6 years I'm still in same position and a very low salary so I took the offer, please tell me what should I do next if the contract doest get renewed.

Govt school . Best for teaching and students co-ordination are better.

Dislikes

Waste management. I tell you the worst ever in the world by experience .and even management does not do anything.there is no co ordination between trainer and co-ordinator just they telling about firing we ask for the salary. We don't have any right to. Ask salary here just we work like a begger
