Needs a high amount of money in DD to get in the training academy then to airport, bad management at the airport, irregular rules, biased seniors and no support to stay motivated, and if by fault you get in trouble, it's termination, not rescuing. High work pressure, no fix lunch time unless you take, High politics and bad work environment between colleagues.

Stop doing 9 to 8 hours 10 hours 11 hours shift after that he is coming on next as well he is doing overtime but he got his basics salary to it is not good thing we are also working for the money and you are taking lots of time from this staff

Everything the work environment employee benefits, employees salary, every seniors are like double face and in work time they just make stupid jokes and pressure the staff and if staff made a mistake they treat like everything is the fault. And it's my 1st job i seriously never want to work again

Some senior manager or senior allocator they pretend like they are every thing and use staff as they want ( overall behaviour is not good of senior staff)

As per suggestion don't go for aisats in Trivandrum it's horrible management promote their friends get promotion. Most of the staff without degree and working in same company for more than 5 year won't get promotion to senior or supervisor level when we ask they tell they need degree for promotion. Here itself we can understand how much company is understanding their staff
