In vistara I found friendly environment and this company always be my favourite.there is one culture which called "vistara ethics"for every employee of vistara can found his solution in it. In future If I have oppertunity to work with vistara I will.

I personally don't have any points to say something about my dislike. Because I like aviation industry.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! First I have training days so that I can learn about company policies & procedures and rules. Lets come to the work life it's not that hard. I do my work in a happy mood so it's never seems hard.

Sexist. Women don't get paid as men even though we do the same work. We don't have overtime or odd shift allowance even if are forced to do overtime or odd shifts. But men have those benefits.

Only the fact that we were secured being associated with TATAs. No much opportunities to explore.

Poor pay slabs, insecure and incompetent superiors. Afraid to promote calibrated staff being insecure if this could be threat to their profiles. Unhealthy politics. Local management was not been checked by the main management . Famed organisation with big names but not at all employee oriented.

In air india and the airport there are so much security i m working there because i feel, i m safe there

Staff are not with salary because there we have to do work without break and in the night shift we have to do work 11hrs without break thats not good
