I am working from march 2011 i cant understand about salary deduction policy of aiatsl. Till date deduction of salary all aiatsl security staff whose total salary 29000per month. But not deduction salary of staff geting less than 28500 per month. No letter about deduction policy and no letter for when deduction will stop

When I join this job, I loved it but now I don't have job security. Management is good.

I don't have any personal problem with the company. I want to change my job because of my personal life. Because they repeatedly change the shifts and roasters. So I am fed up with lots of health issue because of this, so I want to change my job role

I started my career with AirIndia, so when I am joining so excited. That time I was a trainee, for 6 months I completed the training. After tha again I selected in AirIndia fixed term contract for 3 years now I m working with the company

Have 4 years of wonderful experience with AIATSL, had a good team to work but i felt that future not gonna end here in my perspective

we had a good team mates and it is about how we behave, talking about job security is very less ,coz we not sure abt the Air India privatisation and future of the employees. Benefits with in the company is none, and the appraisal gonna take very long time .
