Company is recruiting on only Contractual basis since 2007. As still its an PSU, being Full-time contractual staff they can earn social respect only.

• As its an purely contractual job staff are highly vulnerable to loose jobs for their mistakes. • Salary is extreme low as compared to industry standards. • Hectic job profile. Need to stay beyond scheduled time without any benefits. • Attrition rate is at its peck. • Surprisingly company don't have any fixed HR policy till date. • No perks, no additional benefits is there. • Resignation is not accepted in a good manner. • Staff don't have any freedom of speech. What i dislike is driver calling at 0100 hrs for 0400 or 0500 hrs reporting (pickup from Mahipalpur) which is 10-12 mins from terminal-3,we are not nocturnals we must have sound sleep atleast for early morning reporting either the transport team must brief to call atleast an hour before reporting time or send a text number of driverand avoid clubbing with AME's and other Airindia staff apart from crew as their reporting time has a huge difference....Read More
