The most important thing i got opportunity to learn new things and great guidence from senior officers.

Dirty politics ,Favourisom,Groupisom,partiality. I got experience from my 10 years of long career in AIASL that there is no value for hardworking staff. Better i suggest to new candidate to learn new things from this company, take the experience and jump to new organisation for better career Thank you.

I had joined AIASL in may2011 after spending 10 years to my company . To be honest i did not got got anything except new learnings. No salary increament no growth No job promotion to go ahead in your career So the work life at AIASL is only ok i can say.
