There's nothing positive about this company. People get fooled by the parent company brand and later realise their mistakes after joining.

The management is cruel and never misses a chance to exploit it's employees. Nepotism is in full swing in this company. There is hardly any promotion or increment in this company. 90% of employees in this company are contractual working under the rest 10% permanent employees. Toxic work culture and buttering is the only tool to stay away from workload.

Company staff especially admin staff not helpful they'll make you run for your own things that company is providing especially ur pf ,gratuity and other perks and medical facilities are not available witht them and which are there those are very poor . I was running for my PF money for around 2 yrs even though I was a staff of company you can think if ur not the employee of the company how much they'll make you run... So poor is the work culture still invested 8 yrs and coming out with no benefits from company instead lost 8 yrs which where very essential when you are young and can do any thing. I lost those years and management is bad but the people working are very helpful and well behaved but when it comes to management it's not that good...Read More
