Currently am not working in ags. I worked for 15months my last day was November 2023 but still I did not reviewed my relieving letter yet. Many times I tried to reach HR via call & mail but no response from there end. Not only me also my team members also faced lot of issues. We tried to reach it to HR but we never received positiveresponse from HR worst HR policies. Poor work life balance , horrible leadership, no leaves, if you take will ask Saturday to compensate. I you admit in hospital or if you married then only you will get leaves without issue. Otherwise, it is too difficult to get leaves. If it leader and above, then company will take you granted, you need to available whenever they want.

I like AGS Healthcare as a company and its work culture

Team was horrible, no co ordination , helping tendency ,bad counterparts , didnt help me as I was new to healthcare business, no proper transtion, no SOP documents , when requested for help they didnt hep and suppot,i was with WFM team, and forced to leave the job.

No time cap, unrealistic expectations without data research, not providing enough resources to leadership.
