I have worked contract based so that why I feel bed in that's company otherwise good and welling to work that company.

Good work environment and culture. Working here for more than a year as a Desktop support engineer. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. You can learn and explore a lot. Well maintained cafeteria for chilling and a decent work place. Company policies are good and they provide a average pay scale.

Dislikes

Career growth is decent but it will be great if they spend a little lot for Information Technology as it is the core of a company. And as everyone expects.. politics, Nowadays as everyone knows politics is common and you can face it everywhere so remember your growth is always on your hands.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
