1) Job security is not there if employees has giving his 110% efforts & even any people are doing work from the 4-5 years with the company. 2) employees enjoyment is little missing. 3) Extra hour of work is imbalance employees life.

In this company, apart from business to business, due to business to consumer sales, the distributor faces the issue of rate cutting in the market and hence the sales in the field go down. On the contrary, when there is pressure of sales, then there is difficulty in facing this challenge.
