There are very few things to like at Agrostar. The organization has immense potential to grow but is limited by the capability of its employees and its poor business decisions. The office is at prime location. Office setup was neat accompanied by a cozy cafeteria.

Dislikes

Agrostar is an organization which strives to creates an impact by helping farmers win and although it is advocated strongly to its employees it is rarely translated as everyone is focused more on meeting business expectations or targets than on solving for bigger problems. Coordination between teams is subpar at best, a few disagreements are acceptable, but you will find a strong resistance to make any change in process involving other teams. Flexible timing is a disguise to extract more work out of you, it would suit you if are willing to dedicate unspecified numbers of hours. Work gets dumped on and since most work is dependent on other teams, the timelines will be messed up. Based out of experience of colleagues, it became evident that the HR team couldn't be relied upon for sensitive matters. You either stay silent or risk it all by letting the HR know. You need to suck up to higher management in order to survive here. No matter how much you work, rake in achievements or show the willingness to grow, if you are not open to being a sycophant who blindly follows orders, I would not suggest you join this organization....Read More
