There's is nothing to like except unlimited free tea and coffee. There is no option to give negative rating. Thats why one star.

- Welcome to Agrostar company aka biggest Golden caged Call center. -First 4 weeks everything seems fine. You reach home in time, colleagues are chill, officer trates you well. In short, training period is like honeymoon. -Then real harassment begins. Job title is agri advisor but it is hardcore sales job. You have to pick up approx 70 calls daily. Talk time should be 5.30 hrs and login time is 7 hrs. On those 70 calls your conversion rate should be 10- 12%. -Your appraisal depends upon Daily Revenue target. Which is 25k + per day. (which is impossible to achieve). In month you have to generate them 4-5 lakhs revenue. Against which your salary will be meager 14k - 16k. -Supervisor will scold you every now and then. If you take more than 30 mins lunch break, warning email will hit you. If your bio-breaks exceeds they will harrass you. -DONT EVER STEP IN THIS GOLDEN CAGE. No opportunity for promotion. Call calls calls that's it they want you to do. In rotational week off they will make you work even 9 days continuously
