HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

It's more of a self initiative that how much a employee want to learn. Mostly there is no roadmap for employee development.
