Agilent was a good company till the new CEO took over. He believes in hiring and firing. Since he has taken over, everyone in the company is insecure. layoffs which was never heard of in Agilent has become a norm and people are de motived. Better think twice before joining. Insecurities has popped in and everyone is looking to save their jobs. Culture has become toxic now..

Sales Boss..In Agilent lot of powers are given to managers and some very well misuse it and I became victim of politics myself after spending 15 years of career with Agilent. You must keep quiet and work even if you know that integrity of the organization is at stake.

12 years were awesome with lot of growth and opportunities but 3 years in sales was a hard struggle as I had highlighted an issue which was against company policies. Lot of powers are in the hand of manager and I got effected due to that.
