Agilent has good work culture poor management. Co has good policies for employees beeing US based co u can expect the same..

Dislikes

HR has not part as in no interaction from time to time..employee has fear if they would say/speak anything it may come their job.Things are flexible..however low pay scale..in finance domain only few people are given add on advantage .Also good employees are not tried ti retain which generally happnes in good co.

Sales Boss..In Agilent lot of powers are given to managers and some very well misuse it and I became victim of politics myself after spending 15 years of career with Agilent. You must keep quiet and work even if you know that integrity of the organization is at stake.

Work Details

12 years were awesome with lot of growth and opportunities but 3 years in sales was a hard struggle as I had highlighted an issue which was against company policies. Lot of powers are in the hand of manager and I got effected due to that.
