Lack of work-life balance. Working in sales here is all about work and no life. Besides more than actual customer facing work, the redundant administrative work and internal processes will consume the major chunk of time. It also leaves you with no time to work on your self development. The increments and compensations aren’t as good as it looks.

Sales Boss..In Agilent lot of powers are given to managers and some very well misuse it and I became victim of politics myself after spending 15 years of career with Agilent. You must keep quiet and work even if you know that integrity of the organization is at stake.

12 years were awesome with lot of growth and opportunities but 3 years in sales was a hard struggle as I had highlighted an issue which was against company policies. Lot of powers are in the hand of manager and I got effected due to that.
