they have fixed salary structure and no micro management

Their is no job security in agile trial blazers . First thing is they have two names one is Agile trial blazers and another one is cirruslabs ,some employees are on pay role of agile trail blazers and few on cirrus labs. Their is no proper planning for project or commitment this level of maturity is not excepted by this company .Frankly to say they don't have experience to run a company due to which employees are being suffered. their are frequent lay offs in company ,and simultaneously hiring happens .It's like unpredicted hiring and firing which is not one time but regularly not sure why this people are going in this direction. Hope this may help some employee before joining organization that it's their self risk to join this company as project duration is not predicted and client may cancel any time and this people don't have answer not one but happened many times and this people will say we cannot help whether it may happen to you after you join in a month or after few months ,if you are lucky you may stay in company .And rules are different for each employee .Only thing is company should be mature enough to handle this situation, But it failed here and they simply say you have onsite opportunity and all false promise . Basically to say be aware and though check if you have to join else if you have better option in less salary also please save your self....Read More
