Colleges are really friendly and one can grow their skills rapidly

Dislikes

Only 7 sick leaves in a year nothing more than that. 3 months notice period for every one no matter what position you are on and they don't negotiate it.

They will hire you immediately to waste your time, they will expect a fresher to know everything about the process from day 1 without helping you in training part, they will tell you 2 days later that if you will not learn things from yourself in 2-3 days they will ask you to leave. The employees are friendly and understanding here. They provide free meal first day only. The OS is Ubuntu in the Call Centre Computers. Incentive if generated successful lead more than one.

Toxic Boss : Lowers down the motivation and self esteem. Work is only done over bombardment of calls of calls. Strongly Performance Based if made Mistakes then Public Criticism. Strong Timing Based System. If employee even get one min late then marked as half day and it's deducted from salary. The data which they provide to generatelead is also very old, the customers of UK are already pissed off with the calls they get.
