In Aggne, I really appreciated the way our Director CEO Asha K. communicates through teams meeting with us. We felt much motivated with her ambitions and dedication. Middle management is also supportive for this. Work life balances is perfectly tackled in Aggne. I really wish great journey in Aggne.

Sometimes due to less workload we feels frustrating. But that time we spent time on learning and skills development.

Initially it was an excellent company as a startup but later adapted to MNC standards and ruined the culture, Best company for freshers lots of opportunities and huge learning.

I have been working with aggne from past 1.6 yrs its having the best work culture and environment. Its work culture is centered around productivity and innovation. The company keeps its each project team small which gives team members full-on responsibility and accountability for the task at hand. Moreover the management is so supportive they will take care of each employee in every aspects.

Dislikes

Only dislike is they are not activating WFO. I don't like sitting at home and working hours & hours ,I like to explore and meet new people make connects so I want to WFO.
