Its an amazing place to work. Feels like you're with your family at the work place. The company provides personal help to its employees, has great work life balance and you can learn a lot of new things everyday. One of the best part is that, it provides authority power even to junior employees for small decisions. Simply, great!

Dislikes

Fluctuation in the type of work. Everyone is expected to know everything in the team. There is no space for specialization. Also, no onsite opportunities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In some projects there is good work life balance and it is fully based on the project and below whom we work

Hierarchy based company it has been. Some seniors in the same company for more then 10 years have the rights to do anything or tell anything bad about the juniors or employees below them and company only listens to them. Like a college or school where principal trust only the teacher and not the students. They should understand that this is workplace and everyone are equal
