Too much office politics. People who are there for long think they run the company and worst is if they didn't like you ,you wont get any hike .No HR can help you. Director of company is putting too much pressure on workers. If you have any doubts no one will come to help you even slightly

I feel secure about my job even in covid pandemic situation. I don't have any major solid points to accuse Ideas2It , like other companies we too will have little salary, training and work-life balance hurdles here and that is also for few people. But those are all rarely occurring situations and in very small scale. Yes, its a human's world right, we do make mistakes and and that too to rectify it. Likewise Ideas2It is also grooming itself day by day.
