I have been working as a developer at AG Technologies from last 3 years and it has been as incredible experience so far. The company initiates a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continous learning. The management is supportive and the leadership encourages new ideas and provides the resources needed to implement them. Induction programme could be more comprehensive. It felt rushed, with limited focus on familiarizing new employees with company policies, tool, workflows, co workers.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
