The director and the project manager Debarati Saha both don't have the words 'courtesy, behaviour, respect' in their dictionary but expect all of those from subordinates. No work culture,no specific salary date. This company will ruin your career even with it's negative vibes even if you're expert in your field. A big no no. People work there maximum 4/5 months.

worst office in my whole career there is no off day even you are on a leave multiple phone calls will come and if not resolved then MD ( Mr Agarwal ) will start to shout at you also as an HRM you need to book train/flight tickets of the staffs, do personal stuffs of Mr Agarwal it is not an HR job instead more into Personal Assistant.
