They took 48000 amount as a security deposit. Before joining they told it's a fully refundable. But they told after 2 months your performance not well you are terminated and your amount will not refund it's seems looks like a drama totally losses of money waste of valuable time 😭😭

I have attended in person interview ( 3 rounds)(1 exam+1 hr discussion+1 interview) at some point in July 2024, After 2 days, I got a call from H.R Subhadra asking to me come for Interview again, I have told that I gave interview 2 days back but they have not recognised me. At this point of time, i noticed some shady JD asking candidates to pay 48,000 INR to onboard for training+job. When I asked why I have to pay amount to join the job, the response i got is " we invest lot of money on candidates, the candidates are leaving within 6 months of joining the job". Then i figured out that there is something shady about these people. If an company cannot retain an employee for basic 6 months, company should fire H.Rs and interviewer those who are responsible for onboarding candidates. If a company is inept to find right candidate, then they should not hire people. Guys, whatever the amount the company quoted is not a small amount, when I attended the interview, most of them are from backward and low earning potential candidates, looting money from them in the name of job and mindless T&C's is appalling Glad I haven't joined this institute, and it is filled with age old computers.. Dear all, If any institute or job company asking for money as security deposit stay away from such companies. Blanket ban and block such companies from showing in feed. After looking google reviews as on 16th dec 2024, I have noticed few 1 star ratings, feeling sorry for those people who believed and paid money. Such agreement's and bonds have no legality in context of Indian law.
