Actually , working at Aegis gave me alot of help regarding improvement of communication skills and working under an elapsed time interval. Very good infrastructure and employees and staff members. It was a pleasure to work at Aegis.

Dislikes

Only and only one issue is there the Team leaders and assistant managers are so annoying they were thinking like they are god never helps or motivate always rude to employees under them

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
