Yet I haven't joined, but I visited their for Interview. I notice few things, may it will be helpful.. 1) A new and growth oriented organization. 2) Team members/staffs are young and dynamic, not much age gap between them, so fits suitable to join for youngs. 3) Cool working environment ( my visual experience) 4) A great experience with members, they shows good and friendly nature. 5) The Head Consulatant, is very Humble and Gentle person, good behavior, simple looking personality with no show-off, and shows good sense of humor I found during Interview.
