Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Yet I haven't joined, but I visited their for Interview. I notice few things, may it will be helpful.. 1) A new and growth oriented organization. 2) Team members/staffs are young and dynamic, not much age gap between them, so fits suitable to join for youngs. 3) Cool working environment ( my visual experience) 4) A great experience with members, they shows good and friendly nature. 5) The Head Consulatant, is very Humble and Gentle person, good behavior, simple looking personality with no show-off, and shows good sense of humor I found during Interview. Salary is not bad, it is good for starting. And regular increment is possible depending upon your contribution. Flexible Working hour....Read More
