Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent.

The job is quite interesting. In the beginning i struggled a bit but, i learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got a best friends in here , Teammates are supportive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is not decent. There is no bond but They do the work with us and cheat without giving us money

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
