ADROSONIC does give directly negative impact on the career, good for the management peoples for doing politics. They cut the salary 50% every month and donate it into the management FUND

Only does politics and worst to join, I wasted my career didn't came in Ambition Box and haven't saw any online reviews and joined here, if you want to destroy your career then please join ADROSONIC but at your own risk

Nothing to like about this organisation, Also search for "Adrosonic IT Consultancy service" on ambition box , it's also the same company with 2.9 star rating which was dropped below 2 . But all the positive rating posted here by their HR team and on paid basis, Please don't believe . They even blocked from Glassdoor for manipulating rating on their platform. Everything, from onboarding to salary change before joining . D grade office culture , very toxic and unhealthy in nature. Please don't waste your crucial time , you will not learn anything from here. All the manager are boot lickers of the CEO Mayank . Who himself have no ethics to run a company. More than 100+ employees resigned this organisation in last 3 years, having a team of only 120-130. They also comes with various unethical bonds where you need to pay if you leave the company before certain period. Also you are getting only 50% in-hand of what your monthly pay, most of it was divided in the name of annual and quarterly pay, which is also variable. So FUNNY ! You will thank me later.
