Ye company Offer letter and Experience letter proper mail pe ni dati ek page pe bus print kr k haat me De dati hai. His wajha te koi or company me vo valid ni mana jata kisi or company me vo show karo to vo bolte hai ki je fake hai or tumne khud banaya hai. Or phir vo Fresher hi count kerte hai. Or is company me bus ek hi process chalta hai Airtel ka or vo b bar bar process band kr dete hai or har kuch time bad employees ko nikalte hai rehte hai jis wajha se experience count hi ni hota. There is no work life balance and no growth even if you are working for 1 year and no appraisal and promotion. Everybody are working on a same salary even if you have experienced and graduation you will take a same salary even if a person who is 12th passout is getting a same salary.

Actually I have worked in V Process for 3 years, the team leader is very good but the rest of the facility is very useless.I have not had any salary increase in 3 years, I have told the team every time but to no avail. One of the worst companies I have ever seen.

I have worked for 3 years in VI process, my starting salary in hand was 11500 whereas after one year it became 11480 because the monthly charges of headphone were also taken from the employer till 2024.
