Perception Driven management at ADP India. People coming from outside, are not easily welcome and their ideas are not encouraged however the same ideas are implemented and come to light after 6 months. Unless you are ready to chatofy, you will not be protected

Nice place to work, job security, work life balance taken careof. Pay for performance followed to a great extent. Career growth oppurtunities encouraged through internal job rotations. As ADP is going through big scale transformation world wide for the past few years, more oppurtunites are made open for existing employees. Very safe and friendly place to work for women in all time zones.

Dislikes

Less priority given to basic amenities like cabs, cafeteria, coffee vending machines, availability of enough food in cafeteria. As the offices are in mid of city, employees don't feel the pinch. Quality of mid level management is poor, sometimes it makes us think how did they come so far.But, there are enough system controls which can make things move on. One has to be smart to make things work for them....Read More
