Only taking my BU in consideration, i.e. SBS, It is a pleasure working there. The peers are friendly and they are always step forward to help us out if we are facing any issue. The product is also quite stable as per the market and has a consistent growth over the years. They use a very wide range of tech stake, so there is a lot oflearning opportunities there. They are also incorporating a lot of new modern technologies in their product like pod design and AI. Work culture is also good. Few of the HR policies are hindering good work life balance. There was monthly compliance where the employee has to be in office for 60% of days in month as a hybrid work model is followed. But then weekly compliance was announced. Now, employee has to come 55% of days in a week. For normal scenarios it is nice, but for employees who are coming from far to work at this company, when they want to go back home for festivals or some emergencies, these compliances causes a lot of trouble as now you would have to take a lot of holidays to meet these compliances. You can get WFH but that's not at all easy job. I would say for like 70% cases you won't get the WFH. If you are looking for a good product based company then please don't join here by looking at brand (ADP) *Micro management (They will track your In and Out timings and also number of days you are coming to office). *Hikes are very less than TCS WIPRO like service based companies, again your manager will tell like "There are no hikes in Amazon and Microsoft this year but anyways we are giving this much for you be happy for it...." *Here Hikes will be divided and given equally to every one, funny to hear right ??? ,that is all it is happening in ADP. *Managers and higher management will never going to encourage you for doing anything. *Funny part is there will be star of month and best team player awards(Just claps) every month which is given to all one by one every month. And most of the things are dislikes for me. You'll see politics. Hikes will be given only to the fav ones even though they do escalations. There is no scope of learning. Less salary, no progress. I see language barrier in some teams as well.

Working with ADP is very flexible No one will ask you when u come to ofc and when u are leaving it just like govt. Job

As fresher here there is no development work. as it is a product based company so all the products are developed so we have to maintain the products by giving production support Most of the people got Automation,Manual testing.If by any chance you got development,you will get only Bug fixing,resolving issue that's it
