It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Everything. ADP has lost it's sheen. Unethical, indiscipline, laid back attitude by leadership. Lots of favouritism. Also, they say it's hybrid but they force you to come to office everyday, which is located in a village.
