Company was very excellent and the atmosphere also very good and ADP is a very good company. I can say, and I have very good memories in ADP. I like very much. I want to come back and I want to work in ADP once Again

Some managers are giving Partiality to some member and They are playing corporate politics with employees. It’s sometimes it’s not good.

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

Dislikes

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Everything. ADP has lost it's sheen. Unethical, indiscipline, laid back attitude by leadership. Lots of favouritism. Also, they say it's hybrid but they force you to come to office everyday, which is located in a village.

Management making the organization as worst in India. All old heads in hierarchy. Uses old methodology. Heavy Internal Politics. Less pay, Manager eats of the amount that is left on an associate. No proper hikes. No shift allowance. Sr. Managers are the worst of the worst. There brain does not brain. They only use their subordinatesto get suggestions. Nothing, the ADP is very different from what he were or hear about it. There are disgusting things going on in ADP and complete management is part of it. 80% of girls in ADP holds good position as they do everything asked by the male senior managers. Ther r shared among the managers and then they get promoted and this is the realityas I have evidence for the same. Many a times the male executives bring their wife's and share then with senior managers.
