In every organisation there is politics, Salary is good but career growth is slow. Notice period is 2 month's which is dislikable.

The Company provides ample space for anyone into Administration to balance work-life balance. The assignments are limited and set proportionately to cope up with routine duty hours. Seniors and bosses are very supportive and gets contented extending gratitude towards completed tasks.

I think Career growth, learning, upgrading of skills should be paid attention by the bosses

Overall a Good company to work esp. considering the culture, management

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth opportunities are not satisfactory. Management should review each and every departmental requirement before filling in the vacant position. My modest opinion through the Admin experience says that the company should prepare the job description such that the employee and employer are mutually beneficial.
