There is a lot of travel for those who like it, but the travel will be in places where you won't even find a cab. The work is demanding and helps develop skills, but they don't train people at all, and have a very destructive approach towards giving feedbacks.

Manager was evil, no training given, culture was horrible where employees used to rat each other out to gain points with and keep in their managers good books. Very hierarchical culture where you aren't allowed to question things and keep mum while following manager's orders. No Job descriptions provided for the role, and they make you do anything and everything. My manager found in convenient to cuss and abuse his reportees and team liberally. Daily threats of firing, shouting, abusing were part of the day-to-day routine....Read More
