Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is high.

There is a lot of travel for those who like it, but the travel will be in places where you won't even find a cab. The work is demanding and helps develop skills, but they don't train people at all, and have a very destructive approach towards giving feedbacks.

Manager was evil, no training given, culture was horrible where employees used to rat each other out to gain points with and keep in their managers good books. Very hierarchical culture where you aren't allowed to question things and keep mum while following manager's orders. No Job descriptions provided for the role, and they make you do anything and everything. My manager found in convenient to cuss and abuse his reportees and team liberally.
