Dislikes

Knowledge growth is fast but the work pressure is very high specialy on site travel. Sometimes I have to travel more than 6 to 8 hours in a day and visit 2 & 3 coustomer site. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a poin sometimes.

Work Details

My work is quite challenging .I visit the coustomer site and repair , service, and maintenance the digital x-ray machine . I can detect the problem than solve it quickly And not only the CR machine I can solve the computer hardware and software part also.

There is a lot of travel for those who like it, but the travel will be in places where you won't even find a cab. The work is demanding and helps develop skills, but they don't train people at all, and have a very destructive approach towards giving feedbacks.

Manager was evil, no training given, culture was horrible where employees used to rat each other out to gain points with and keep in their managers good books. Very hierarchical culture where you aren't allowed to question things and keep mum while following manager's orders.
