Fortunately got a good team but top management only cares about sales no. No process development, no marketing support, no service support, highly unplanned, you won't be knowing where you are going to be in next 12 hour.Just keep your bag ready n run for sales. they made a FMCG company out high end capital device selling Japanese MNC.

Nowhere near to any Japanese MNC, no processes, no funds for marketing, no support from senior management, lots of travelling n mostly unplanned traveling, seniors are not planned n won't let you plan anything, sustaining on ad-hoc approach midnight you will receive calls to catch next day morning flight's.
