No clearity in targets randomly targets are given. Hr also not hear your problems . No body cares for you. No apreciation no birthday celebration. Nothing which a employee feel gud and every time taunted for salary justification....

Dislikes

Hr policy. Mangement is zero. No clear targets. No one hear employee problem. Just need work from employee and salry justification that's it.

Before closing branch from city, company didn't give any warning or information. It was sudden decision. It was very difficult to angeged all agents and advisors to continue with company.
