Nothing...It's only been a few months since I joined this company but I still don't like this company...

Everything...they say they will help you but the opposite happens...If the policy is converted, you have to be in the birla head office from 9 to 9:30. They will attack personally and insult you and you cannot say anything. Otherwise they will complain about you to the HR. Aur HR v unhi ki sunti hai.

Good work environment, the upline managers are supportive.

Though the promotion policies are good in here but the increment is less. Also there is no extra allowances like travelling for officer catagory employees even if you go for official meet or training.

My job was in Bancassurance channel in HDFC bank. Job was quite challenging as there were already two competitors in the HDFC Bank, namely HDFC life and TATA AIA. It's depand upon the relationship you make with the bank employees and lead conversation.
