Management is very bad in till date, don't know what happened in feature. Management ( those who came from another sectors [ not from the garments industry] really don't know how a garment business is actually running and what's the market demand... Etc ) They come and doing some unethical activities for which the entire team will suffer and only because of this a good market base will be crashed....Read More

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area . I'm on my confusion to accept or not ? Pls give some advice on this
