There is good chance of technical learning in Maintenance, Quality n RnD dept only if you put efforts by yourself to learn..no one will personally teach you ...but in Production Dept You wont get much new things to learn. Same about appraisal also...it heavily dependent upon ur performance and your equation with HODs . And Totally very Nice Company and field to work if you want to make your Furthur career within such field and company. Job security is excellent and nearly like Govt job....Read More

Dislikes

Working Environment is some what Negative as all depts don't have great cooperation within. And the location of residence is remote area...so you wont find anything much to spend on excluding food.

Exciting only if you take interest on behalf of yourself, otherwise boring. N definitely not much hectic

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
