Dislikes

Poor management, no proper increment, mezzanine food is average and sometimes below average, company is at remote location

Hectic work, but learning opportunities are good but you won't like to stay longer than 2 years in this company if you are not working on company rolls and working through a contract agency.

Company policies are good but there KRA and KPI measured based on buttering to boss. They have IT system for same but only for formalities. There leader are trying to be boss, it's your responsibility to let them check your mails and work in there buckets, If you sent Email and there is no response from boss, then it's your responsibility and failure.
