Family engagement programs are excellent. Township facilities are superb.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and Grouping of a particular previous company background l group. Management never address problems and issues. Growth rate here is extremely slow.

Work life is very hard here. Senior management mostly non supporting and always demotivating. As a brand name adani might be an excellent company but these site locations like mundra solar have high level of grouping politics in work culture.

Working culture is same like other companies. Nothing special. I'm writing review for working culture in CH7 Ahmedabad office.

Company policies are good but there KRA and KPI measured based on buttering to boss. They have IT system for same but only for formalities. There leader are trying to be boss, it's your responsibility to let them check your mails and work in there buckets, If you sent Email and there is no response from boss, then it's your responsibility and failure. Bosses are safe as you sent mail and not reminding 4 times in a day to read mails and respective works....Read More
