If we rate it in terms of promoters vision, Company is very good but as the company is growing management (from ceo level to department head) bringing and trying to impose or change the adani culture for their benifits. This is temporary I know but due to this old employees at middle level or junior level have lots of dissatisfaction

In past it was like you are working in your own company and you are inclined to perform but now it's more like a thanks less job because of new management

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
