The Company environment is too good, I feel like it's my second home and it's my family. People are nice, generous and helpful in all the possible ways. Though we are working remotely but feel so connected with each other. These all credit goes to Mr. Akshay Kumar, our CEO and world best boss. A mentor, senior, caregiver, gentleman and many more. Our HR Amrita mam is also a kind and gentle lady.

I think we do not need this field here in this company. Now I want work from office to enjoy with my team members.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
